1. The experience

Oceanic Fish Rewards is an Australian studio creating small browser games for entertainment. Reef Rush is a playable demo and may change as we develop it.

The demo is free to play. It does not require a game account or payment. Access to a private preview may be managed separately by its hosting service.

2. Points and rewards

Game scores, pearls, personal bests, and other achievements are for entertainment within the game. They have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, withdrawn, or exchanged for money or prizes.

A personal best is saved only in the browser used to play, when local storage is available. It is not an online ranking or an account balance.

3. Using the website

You are welcome to play the game for personal entertainment and share links to the website.

Please do not interfere with the website’s operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, or use the contact form to send abusive, deceptive, or unsolicited messages.

Please contact us before commercially reproducing or redistributing the studio’s game, branding, artwork, or website content.

4. Demo availability and changes

We aim to keep the experience working well, but browser compatibility, maintenance, and development changes may affect availability.

We may update game mechanics, replace a prototype, or retire an unfinished project. Updates or browser changes may affect locally stored progress. Upcoming projects are concepts in development, and their descriptions do not promise a particular release date or final feature set.

5. Contact and feedback

The contact form prepares an email in your chosen email application. A message reaches the studio only after you send it from that application.

Please send only information you are entitled to share. If you suggest a game feature, we may consider similar ideas during development; sending feedback does not create an obligation to build it or compensate you.

6. Your rights

Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that the law does not allow us to exclude, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.

If something is wrong with the website or game, please contact us so we can investigate.

7. Updates to these terms

We will publish revised terms on this page with an updated date. Changes apply to use of the website after the updated terms are published, subject to applicable law.
